Our company originated in Italy, where for years we have offered a professional bed sheet and towel rental service to the tourism sector.
From the beginning, this model has worked with great success because it helps our customers save time, optimize operations, and eliminate the fixed costs of purchasing and replacing linens, which need to be renewed after approximately 40 washes.
Building on this idea, already established in Italy, we decided to bring the same service to Playa del Carmen, Mexico. We have in-depth knowledge of this market, having worked as property managers in the area for over 12 years.
Thanks to our local experience, we identified one of the main problems in the sector:
The difficulty in properly washing linens and the lack of punctuality in deliveries, especially during peak season, creates significant inconveniences for hosts, property managers, and hotels.
For this reason, we have our own industrial laundry in Cancun, which allows us to guarantee high standards of hygiene, quality control and on-time deliveries.
Today we are already actively operating in Playa del Carmen, and our clients are very satisfied with the results: our services have allowed them to improve the experience of their guests, optimize the management of their properties and raise the level of their accommodations on Airbnb and vacation rentals.
